Pros

Executive management one level under Charlie for CIB is good, But COO teams need a Regulatory knock or whistleblower - nepotism and ex-Barclays friends get hired.

Cons

Please rename the company to CIB Friends and Family owned. Only friends and families get absorbed from Barclays. Friends reporting to friends and eating up all bonus and portfolio. Even if you are fired from barclays for non-performance you will get selected in CIB COO new york at a Senior level if you friend is hiring.

Pros

Wells fargo USED to be a great company to work for.

Cons

They treat their employees like scum. They have a whole department calling people with fake evidence accusing people of misconduct to fire them so they won't have to pay them when they lay them off.

Pros

I was with wellsfargo almost 4 plus years and have seen many ups and down in my journey. In last phase of my journey at wells was not so good .manager (Ganesh Bhat ] was so favorism and nepotism in there role.

Cons

Working in Wellsfargo earlier was joyful but now it is not there. Job is not secure and safe at Wellsfargo. Worst than services based company.
