Pros

Mostly great people in the office Enjoy mixing with diverse cultures

Cons

Witnessed toxic behaviours ignored for the sake of work outcomes. Witnessed people who speak up about bad behaviours face consequences. Staff use competitor apps. Executive management replies "Find another job" in group meetings if staff speak of being overworked in the region. The company restructures weekly with a lack of direction & panic-driven decision-making.
