      Some smart and hardworking colleagues. Decent pay if you're in the right circle.

      Cons

      Extreme office politics—they are letting go of really talented people and hiring friends who have no idea what they’re doing. Management plays favorites—decisions are made based on personal connections rather than merit. No work-life balance—constant pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and no respect for personal time. Lack of job security—you never know when you'll be the next one out, no matter how well you perform.

      1. Product company. 2. If you are good at spooning its dream company for you , you will get promotion increment every thing . 3. If you are planing retirement don't want to learn anything new this is the best place.

      Cons

      1. Difficult to find the mentor. 2. Management are baised. 3. IJP is a joke and they are not at all consider you for promotion . 4. 0 chance of learning . 5.Working hours are worst .
