As you alluded to, change is complicated. A strong pivot to fintech and technology means lots of opportunity for technology roles. Even internally, we are increasing the focus on technology to help all employees collaborate and leverage powerful tools to get work done. As the mix of work at WU changes, continual learning will help all of us be ready to meet the needs of our customers now, and in the future.
