Pros

Great people; Management knows how to motivate their staff; Good benefits and work/life balance; Career opportunities

Cons

Challenging schedule for Europeans to adapt to South American shifts; Too many trainings, that are very intuitive and do not have a lot of value added;

Pros

Salaries are above marketplace (especially for senior management). Depending on the group and supervisor, you may have opportunities to grow. However, this is not consistent in everywhere in the company.

Cons

Too many reorganizations with multiple lay-offs. Work-life balance is out of balance. Employee awards are not consistent throughout the company. Again, it is very dependent upon the group or unit you work in. There are a lot of politics.
