      Pros

      I love working for Western Union! The people who work here are passionate about what they do and are leaders in the community. I enjoy the work/life balance, flexible schedule, generous PTO days, professional development opportunities and feel fairly compensated for what I was hired to do.

      Cons

      There is a lot of red tape and turnover in some departments. Constant reorganization leads to responsibilities that appear to belong to no group in particular.
