      Pros

      Good compensation and Benefits. I had a pretty good work/life balance but many people did not. Career opportunities are available, but layoffs always seem to be around the corner.

      Cons

      Western Union does not seem to have a clear direction. Morale is very poor. Uncertainty is everywhere. The company seems to be a penny wise and a dollar foolish.
