      My department at Western Union (CFO Financials), at the time, was a great cohesive group of people who completely had the up most respect for one another.

      Cons

      My position, which I held for 7 years, included 24/7 global IT support.

      - Good pay - There are some really great departments with smart people - Physical office is prety nice

      Cons

      - Some departments make it extremely difficult to move up and are very political - People tend to be stuck in their ways and fine not pushing the envelope

      Small teams, heavy work load, requirement of working after hours, no career progression what-so-ever. Political environment and sleazy upper management
