      Pros

      Salary can be very good in niche skill areas, Reward is good for positive financial company results, Benefits system for UK employees is good in comparison to other tier 2 companies

      Cons

      Low level staff are treated very poorly, Communication ability of 'offshore' is the worst I have ever experienced, It is such a results driven company, deception of customer in times of struggle seems to be a mantra, Reclaiming expenses is harder than gathering physical evidence to support that a 'God' exists.

      Pros

      Big organization, some very talented people and committed people carry the organization golals.

      Cons

      The middle level manager don 't connect with employees. It's so focussed on internal parameters of cost cutting they loose focus on customer.

      Pros

      Big corporation with fairly competitive compensation and beneifts. OK product line but not sophisticated enough to turn from an order taking outsourcer to a consulting firm. Not in 1000 years.

      Cons

      No respect for employees unprofessionalism Thinking that north american employees or potential employees are like their indentured servants elsewhere. Totally clueless and doomed to get shredded by more intelligent and culturally atuned competitors such as Cognizant and Infosys.
