Lots of trainings. Every individual can extract or learn a lot from the trainings which cover from current to upcoming cutting edge technologies.

Cons

1.Management 2.Hikes and growth vary from project to project. As per my project manager and HR hikes and ratings are not related. Not to forget recently they have started quarterly basis appraisal. So it becomes very difficult for an individual to get highest rating three times in an year. And the average will be your annual rating. 3.Lots of exams and points to be achieved to get promoted

Complexity of the role, multiculturalism, low power distance (according to Hofstede definition), many activities organised for the employees,

Cons

The incapacity of indian employees to say "no" is leading to many errors in leading business, as for example designing a specific business model in the pre-sales phase and incapacity to admit that the respective one needs to be adjusted, what conducted to impossibility to deliver all the commitments to the client and closure of a second HRO project in Europe. Very political in terms of how some senior people are promoted despite the fact that the feedback about the respective senior was very poor. Poor system thinking skills in case of senior indian employees, which was leading to incapacity to prevent risks. More than that, it was a battle to convince the respective seniors to consider risks I could predict. It is rather about quantity, then quality. Rather focused on doing everything, then on doing it in a smart way.

Wipro is an employee friendly corporate. Where each and every empolyee working there feel proud for the brand they are working and the way the wipro mangement treats them. WIPRO have very much value to integrity towards their clients they are working for.

Cons

Some time it is very difficult to face the problems in work that is ther in every company. One odd thing about it is the working hours are like hell and we feel like working more in the office.
