Guys, please don't join at any cost indirectly with WIPRO through SAPCLE. They are joint Cheaters. Wipro will engage for Projects through SAPCLE only through MIDDLEEAST, because wipro can't hire directly as they don't have strong multiple projects. This stupid SAPCLE will not release the salary till WIPRO Project Manager approves internally. Officially WIPRO Project Manager will approve time sheet, but SAPCLE does not release the salaries till PROJECT MANAGER gives green signal to SAPCLE. They are playing jointly with Employee Salaries which is worst culture in Middle East. Please don't join indirectly with WIPRO.

Cons

WIPRO if it continues this contract employment culture with some more dynamic employees, future definitely there will be legal action taken against WIPRO and SAPCLE for this Joint Play. Please keep it in mind, playing with employee salaries will cause problem to employees and their families, indirectly they same problems will reach to WIPRO Projects. Already there is bad name is there for WIPRO as BAD DELIVERY Company in Middle East, by playing such cheap tricks they will be more worst. However WIPRO will claim they have good ethics and strong culture, honestly i am saying ethics to save money and sucks employees personal life. All projects they will sign for less amount and short period, they will be awarded then they will screw employees personal life. I can write with all incidents and detailed of projects also but it is too early to bring down too badly. However Guys, i am requesting once again, please join in a small company who pays in time, these type of tricky Culture less Brand Companies don't join any more.
