Cons

One of Wipro's stated core values is "Respect for the individual" and it is total bull. You might get compensated at market rates but that's it. How much are you willing to be treated like crap for the money you earn is the real question.

The "benefits" offered seem more like a formality than actual support. Compensation: There has been no salary increase over the past three years, and the bonus structure is non-existent. It feels like there is a lack of recognition for hard work and achievements. Management: The management team lacks the necessary expertise and understanding of project execution. Their decisions often seem disconnected from the reality of project needs, leading to inefficiencies and frustrations among the team. Pay Discrepancy: There is a noticeable disparity in compensation. While a few individuals may receive better pay, the majority of team members are significantly underpaid relative to their contributions and industry standards.
