Pros

-Very nice employees, especially in the US. Fantastic Recruiting leadership - unfortunately these leaders are not given the trust or autonomy to make the impact I know they have the ability to make. Unfortunately misuse of highly talented teams. -High US salaries; but this is for a reason - 50% of their workforce left from 2021-2022. While the salaries are high, they (IMO) do not outweigh the toll this place had on my work/life balance and mental health.

Cons

-The company seems to be held together with gum and toothpicks; with some of the business practices I witnessed, I am surprised they are still standing. The legal team is doing the Lord's work, as I witnessed at least 3 valid/potential lawsuits in my 9 months. -Honestly, I could list out 100 Cons here, but I do not want to remember all the ways this place drove me insane.

Pros

I've never been treated by any employer the way that I was treated by this employer. First of all, the training was a complete joke. The trainer would belittle and ridicule people who came seeking help. Many may disagree with me but that's because she taught using some sense of fear because people genuinely liked her . I'm sure management already knows who I am and human resources with which I have plenty of experience should be ashamed of themselves at how they handled my situation. Perhaps rapport and morale is better in other locations but not in Atlanta Georgia. This company is at the bottom of the barrel.

Cons

Hostile work environment Deceptive practices Conduct unbecoming Failure to adhere to federal employment law. I'll spare the details Wrongful termination Retaliation Failure to provide reasonable accommodation upon request

Pros

They gave me a job and stayed out of my way. All the cons come from having to interact with Wipro personnel and systems.

Cons

They can't seem to figure out logistics, like their SAP payroll, so week after week spent fighting with the payroll system to enter time and get a paycheck. I know someone who doesn't know who his Wipro supervisor is, and when they asked, got no response. So this next comment may not came as a surprise: They suck at communicating. SUCK. At least if you're in America. In addition to they kind of system communication I meantion above, they also like to give you 24 or 48 hour notice with an email (sent to an email box you might look at once a week) before an important due date notice. And on top of that, English isn't the first language. So many of the communications, tests, etc are poorly written. And you have the job you have. There is no advancement. You are hired into your career. Oh, and when you're negotiating a salary, set the anchor high! They are notorious low ballers!! They provide middle of the road benefits. Don't suck. And not great.
