      ok salary, get paid on time.

      Cons

      Endemic incompetence. No career progression. Widespread backstabbing. No support. Lots of egos Wrong people performing roles I. e sales people in service delivery. Lots of passing the buck, cliques and lies.

      Pros

      I have been working at Wipro InfoTech (Wipro Arabia Ltd.) full-time for more than 2.5 years Pros – - Long-term "middle-east only" onsite projects

      Cons

      - Be ready to stretch your working hours daily (almost everything is on fire daily, due to poor management) - Working over weekends is quite normal here (or else your managers will keep calling you endlessly to ask you to go to office) - Salary, compared to what other vendors like TCS etc. pays, is much lesser - Esp. the managers are complete politicians - they will use your professional services to the core and will side away when time for appraisal comes. Communication skills of managers is absolutely rubbish. - Even clients are not happy with the management - No freedom to switch projects...you are a slave of your manager - Only way out is to leave the company itself, as I did
