1. As fresher ,don't hand over your bond letter until they tell you which training they going to give like you join with dream of software developer and end up in testing. if they dont tell ask them else it will be too late as later better you leave company but they wont change your field
2. bin 1,2,3 on training result is just way to pay good to one or two in bin 1 , bin 2 some 5-9 as satisfactory salary rest all of 30 poor pay feels shame to tell anyone of the salary given

1.Wipro internal trainer are awesome
2.Online video tutorials is also very good
3.Allocation of location of choice but no many lucky to have this
4.Manages do one to one meeting to at least listen your concern
5.Your manager is not doing anything about your concern you can reach delivery manager
6.You may good technology profile
