Good to Join this Company for Onsite Opportunities. Pays well for Lateral Entry Candidates.

Cons

Has lot of hidden agreements with employees. Make People work like DONKEYs and the PAY will be Peanuts. Anual Hikes will be announced every year but by the time it reaches Employee it will be Pennies. No Better Recognition for Hardworking People as such. Always Manager feels as though he is doing Favor by keeping you in project. Lot of Politics involved.

- HR is weakest which always comes out with policies complete unaware of real employee requirements - Slot and sluggish decision making by higher level management with least effort to retain top talent in company
