High profile clients, some really good projects for learning experience

Cons

Salary not at par with industry standards, leads to frustration and dissatisfaction after sometime, meager hikes, at times no hikes, not so good with client interactions, Client is GOD kind of attitude...whatever they say is right, offshore teams blamed most of the time even after lot of hard work and good quality work.
