- The position I was in had zero opportunity to learn anything new, I actually took 10 steps back from prior roles. I/we were not allowed to touch anything we were trained/certified in - I had 8-10 bosses/supervisors all saying different things - Local management was chaotic, They say one thing one day and its all different the next day. I describe it as the most dysfunctional IT department I have ever worked in. I say that from the local onsite Wipro management. Could be different at other customer locations - They live for tickets, you have to update the ticket daily even if its something 2 weeks out such as a part on order. "Parts on order " every day

I worked as a Sales Director in their Latam division from 2013 - 2015. It was a very poorly managed company that lagged its peers, had no clear straegy esp. in Latam, confusing org. charts, poor processes, and mediocre work quality at best. They also misrepresented my role during the interviews. I never got paid any sales commissions, got only a fraction of what I was promised, and after I put up a fight. Bad brand to be associated with too. I believe their US operations are slightly better, lagging behind peers.
