Pros

Difficult to find a fact or situation that could be called a 'Pro'.

Cons

Young inexperienced Indian kids are sent to the US to work 50+ hours as salaried employees. This is not a consultancy company; it is more a sweat shop. Indian corp culture does not encourage critical thinking but a total submission to big bosses in India. Any suggestion for internal business is not seen favorably. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO AMERICAN consultants. They hire a few Americans to show diversity but 99.95% of employees in US are Indians.

Pros

There are none, the leadership has not set a strategy. A dollar target is not a plan or a strategy

Cons

The back office systems, the lack of strategy, the lack of planning

Pros

Nobody knows what they're doing, so you can get paid to practically do nothing. I get paid a lot to do nothing.

Cons

Constantly being ushered around like a corral of sheep, yet the shepherd has been drinking a little too much Jesus juice at the stable. We are in a building of roughly 250 seats. 90% of those seats are empty, yet the positions are filled. The 5 Caucasian guys in my group are the only ones required to show up onsite every day. The rest (Hindians) are allowed to work remotely. When confronted, we were told that they "need diversity in the building." We are required to do unnecessary training on customer time for things that have absolutely nothing to do with our jobs or required duties. On top of that, when we try to do the mandatory training, the websites we are required to access do not EVER work and are horribly broken, yet we are still held accountable for not doing them. We are constantly requested to attend web meetings at 3AM PST, because somehow learning how the international dateline and time zones work seems too much to comprehend for those who request our attendance.
