      Pros

      The work was interesting, and the pay was great, for me personally. I know that others did not share the same perspective/opinion regarding pay.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for non-Indians to progress in the company. Company regularly abuses the H1-B process to bring over lower cost resources from India versus hiring locally (by working there I felt like I was complicit in the dishonesty). Management is lower skilled and there is a tremendous amount of jealousy/competition with regards to Americans, which creates a very difficult work environment - where being "better" is more important than getting the job done, growing the business and satisfying customers.

      The opportunity to work from home.

      Cons

      The company uses out dated technology that no one in the industry uses anymore. Corporate culture that embraces lying to clients. Corporate culture that is not open to change. Management treating employees like they are kids. Management and coworkers that steal other people's ideas and claim them as their own. Unreasonable travel expectations (The company expects US employees to stay at the same rate when on travel as they would in India. (IE. $50.00 a night budget in Los Angeles...) A very chauvinistic environment which harbors employee harassment. An Indian owned company that allows management to talk down to anyone that is not Indian.
