Pros

There aren't any pros imo

Cons

1) You will be assigned to any random domain. 2) You will be paid lesser than the Project Engineers and the work will be same. 3) Highly underpaid. Lower than the minimum wage that's why they call it Stipend and not salary. 4) Bonded labor is illegal so they call it 'Training Agreement' where you need to pay 75k if you leave within 5 years. 5) Moreover they will give 75k as Joining bonus which again you need to return in case you want to leave the company within 1 year. 6) Think of it if you want to leave within 1 year then you need to pay 1.5 lacs to them. So the trick is, Let's say your stipend is 15k so 15*5 = 75k. For the first 5 months you will be working and still get no stipend technically. It will still be a liability. And the first year stipend they say it's 15k but technically its 14k and if we calculate that's 1.68 lacs or lets say 1.7lacs. Now if we deduct the training agreement it becomes 95k. Lol. Now it's up to you. 7) Staying underpaid is a crime
