Worst company ever. Horrible culture, absolutely degrading management and slow growth. The projects are pathetic! The managers have no minimum etiquette to address his co worker . And mind you, they will never entertain or even lend a helping hand to your problems be it technology upskilling or anything. You can’t switch from one domain technology to another because of their stupid restrictions of keeping up the count of the number of employes. And let me warn you, some Wmg manners might literally rail at you for not accepting the project offers in case you feel like that the technology is not something that you would not want to waste your time on. This place is a nightmare. I have wasted my 3.7 years in this place in the hope of building up my future. There pay is horrible and this WASE/WISTA is a scam and just to dupe people . You won’t find work pressure here, you would find people peer co worker pressure. They have no respect to your office hours. They wouldn’t mind even if your are sick and you can’t come to office or finish up the task, Instead they expect you to carry your laptops with you no matter where you are , at what hour.
As your well wisher(to whoever is reading my review) please make Wipro your last option to switch for your career growth. I have seen talented people, people trained on .net, c# working on stupid tools which would never ever help them in the future.
There was a time when Wipro lounged and basked in its glory but now it’s just a waste land and we people do nothing but simple waste our time. And of course, you would not want to join a company which doesn’t treat its employees as human beings.
