Pros

Good opportunities to learn and grow. Great onsite opportunities (Though I didn't have a chance to get one because I was a wasian for 4 years and then post conversion also I didn't get. I was stuck in a US client project for most of my tenure).

Cons

Once you put down the paper the attitude of management is not supportive.They really don't bother how much time you have given to the organization. Favouritism works. Employee who have support from upper management are given all they asked for without even noticing whether they really deserve or not.

(solemnly personal view as a Student) * Good work experience * Business ethics and values are outstanding * I could learn lot of technologies * Provides lots of training on almost every IT fields and top technologies * world class IT service framework * Has a lot of people with good leadership qualities.

Cons

((solemnly personal view as a Student)) * Work pressure is little high. * Not all Team leads are good * One should be very adaptive (especially freshers), to work here. might need to work in different locations, shift timings, and across technologies) * salary, bonus, increment * need to work 9.5 hours a day * limited cab facilities
