Pros
Dress code is jus for namesake Flexible timings Big campus and good ambience If one fall into a good project lot of scope to learn. Switching b/w projects helps in gaining knowledge in various domains.
Cons
Sometimes skill set mapping is not done properly and if one falls into a worong place in wrong project one has fight like hell to get release fm project. Few managers forget they are also employees and start behqving like bosses. Worst of all is HRs....they never hear or care abt employees....they are just the puppets.
