Good opportunities and exposure to technical work. Good onsite opportunities but will not be made available easily. Performance recognition and all depends on supervisor.

Cons

Very less salary for loyal employees, too much work pressure, Very stingy at payment always. Long working hours usually which leads to lot of brain drain.
