      - Exciting tasks, you get to solve the issues that require your full effort and payoff is usually worth it. - Decent colleagues. They are helpful and supportive. - Not forcing you to the office. - Competitive compensation if negotiated well.

      Cons

      - Workload requires working overtime sometimes. The resources are scarce, so you'd have to be extremely skilled to deliver the results on a short notice - No clear way for a promotion. - Used to provide stock options as an important part of the compensation, but not anymore. This leads to some noticeable churn.
