      -Generally a chill & pleasant working atmosphere -Hybrid working model which creates flexibility and fosters Work-Life Balance -Nice office

      Cons

      -Start-up mentality despite being a top competitor -Internal communication between teams is amateurish -Compensation is not competitive -Networking goes further than merit when it comes to career growth -Lots of woo-woo corp language -HR is really slow and inefficient when it comes to paperwork
