      Lots of interesting business ideas and opportunities to work on as a member of a product team Generally the engineering culture is low in ego, high in ambition. Great place to work in , with pleasant and knowledgeable colleagues

      Prioritisation can be chaotic with all the competing needs and ideas Don't expect to be passive contributor as an engineer, you're a (business) problem solver first and foremost.
