      The only positives are the consistency in salary payments and the relatively friendly and supportive atmosphere among coworkers.

      Cons

      If you want to protect your mental health, never work for this company. Exhausting work hours — one week you might be working very early in the morning, and the next, very late at night. A heavy workload combined with insufficient staff means you'll be constantly overwhelmed. During every shift, you’ll be faced with extreme rudeness (even verbal abuse) in almost every interaction with customers, couriers, or stores. There's also inadequate training before you start working.
