      Paying is good but it has annoying problems!

      You can earn pretty good money within a very flexible working environment.

      Cons

      -I personally believe, that the support team should be better organized. Because I wasn't able to get clear answers to my questions. -My payments have been sometimes wrongly calculated, it was necessary for me to be very careful to check and correct them. -They expected from us to work in the worst weather conditions, while the other similar companies decided to offer paid holidays for those days to ensure the safety of their couriers. - When I left the company, the deregistering process was really annoying! They didn't do their legal responsibilities in time.

      Great culture! Flat structure that makes insightful discussions likely and relatively easy to have. Fun informal tone from leaders and that permeates interactions throughout the organization. Many tools for employees to communicate with leaders and provide feedback about their day to day, future outlook, health, relationships and other areas. Relatively simple to interact with colleagues in other departments. Many opportunities to grow professionally and try new things.

      Cons

      Communication takes place primarily through Slack and there is relatively little common structure to set up meetings, follow up on assignments/ deliverables, use calendars.
