      Pros

      They'll give you free drinks and free fruit once a week as if you're a monkey.

      Cons

      Like a lot, I used to work in Tbilisi, Georgia. We were working foe Finland, alongside Finnish citizens located in Finland, our stats and overall performance was far far better than those working in Finland also we had to do their extra work sometimes, but gad in our salaries were so great, we were being paid 338EUR(1000GEL) they were paid 1500-2000EUR for the exact same job, doing less. Company really took advantage of Georgian laws.
