good office, i loved all the coworkers

the team leads and people above them don’t understand the problems, or if they do, they don’t do anything about it. also in 1on1s the tl-s can talk to you like shxt, if you said something about the company or the processes that you don’t like. also in the last year they took away every option to jump up on the corporate ladder.
