      The coworkers are genuinely nice and supportive, which makes the job bearable. Team spirit among colleagues is the only consistently positive aspect of working here.

      Cons

      This used to be a good place to work, but over time things have gone downhill. Processes have become more chaotic, workload has increased, and overall organization has worsened significantly.
