      The few oldies who are miraculously still with the company are great

      Everything else. Salary is the lowest across the market, there's almost no home office opportunities, micromanagement on all levels, socials are far in between and mid at best, hiring is to meet needs and not to excel -- current higher management just ruined it all in the past few years, which is evident in the country's metrics as well. Avoid at all costs
