Staff care is given utmost importance at all levels. Good pay comparable to the UN. Opportunity for professional growth. Once in, employees rarely leave the organization.

Cons

Difficult to get in. Often you will first be offered to work part-time on short-term contract for several years with no benefits other than your hourly/daily rate. Only then you may be offered a term contract if you demonstrated exceptional performance and if you are lucky.
