Pros

International, multicultural, diverse teams. Impactful, interesting work. Learn from mostly very experienced senior managers. Work life balance is mostly good.

Cons

Pay could be better. Reputation for being slow to process investment opportunities means you often miss out on deals.

Pros

The salary was good. I got a lot of experience.

Cons

However, consultants pretty much do heavy lifting at the World Bank and benefit packages do not come with STC contracts.
