      Pros

      Good work life balance. Great people. Great benefits. You’re more than a number. Have access to two onsite gyms if you pay about $10/month. Health center on site. Lots of opportunities to move in the businesses. Many development opportunities.

      Cons

      2 weeks is standard vacation.

      Pay starts out semi-reasonable, that's about it

      Cons

      Not many stay with this company for long in my personal experience. People either leave because they dislike the supervisors that apparently do nothing but sit and talk, or they are fired for usually no good reason

We understand that there have been some difficult business decisions and actions taken as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that are never easy and never taken lightly. Since a majority of our business, including the Monroe facility, serve the auto industry, our management team spent a lot of time working through options and moved forward with what was thought best for the facility and the Company as a whole.
