Pros

Benefits are great. There are also many great people outside the management team. They work is challenging and things are consistently changing which can be good and bad

Cons

Management team does not seem to care about employees and culture continues to decline. Pay is no longer competitive because profit sharing. Management does not seem to hold people accountable for treating people the way the philosophy outlines.

The facilities are nice. There are some great people in the company. The job can be very interesting and fun.

Cons

Too much favoritism. Profit sharing is a joke. They basically tell you you are going to make a lot of money but after almost 50 percent taxes on bonuses you really don't make what they claim. Especially when the company keeps laying people off and closing down facilities. There are some managers there that aren't qualified to do anything, much less manage. I wouldn't suggest working here if you are looking to advance unless you are related to somebody high up.
