Pros

Really cool corporate office Access to gym Great people who are fun to be around

Cons

Purchasing leads with fear not encouragement They have no interest in training new employees. You figure it out on your own. They have no standard work. They do not back you up - you are completely on your own They will toss you aside when they no longer need you because they only care about their long time employees that are male and avid golfers. They constantly talk about putting women in prominent positions but then never do Anxiety is a constant feeling

Great co-workers seems to be a recurring theme we’re seeing in reviews lately, and we love to hear it! In regards to your concerns around training and development, we do hope you voiced those with your HR partner so that we were able to look into them. Worthington has a strong focus on inclusion and works to provide access to opportunities for all of our employees. We wish you all the best!

Hello. It’s great to see that you’ve been with the company for a few years now and are open to sharing feedback. We work hard to ensure that our benefits are competitive in the market and we are excited to add some additional benefits for the upcoming year, including a parental leave benefit and a national gym discount program. If you have concerns or suggestions for improvement in your department, we do encourage you to speak to your management team, HR partner or use our Open Door policy. As a Company, we strive for continuous improvement in all we do, and always encourage employees to share ideas if they have suggestions for how to do things better. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Fair pay, good benefits, reasonable workload.

Cons

a claim to have opportunities for training and development but it’s not really true. My work is extremely dull and micromanaged by management.
