Good work/ life balance; seasoned workforce, opportunities to move up in the company IF you are in the right business unit - Dietrich is not one of those units

Cons

massive layoffs decreasing pay very very stressful low morale

Pros

Good work environment with opportunity for advancement. Treated fairly and more of a small company feel even though it is a good sized company. Allow for a lot of employee feedback and really seem to care about employees

Cons

Odd work schedules. Work is very repetitive as with any factory work. Sometimes seems like employee review process is very inconsistent depending on which supervisor you are dealing with in the company

slow career mobility and ability to move up in compensation. Old-boy network pervades among many senior management and promotions are not always performance based.
