Pros

It was good in the begining when they first bought the company I worked for. They made a lot of promises.

Cons

Worthington Industries bought the company I worked for and would never give straight answers or would go back on their answers. When asked if pay would be cut, they work talk around it to where it sounded like it wasn't going to be, when in fact it was. They can be very disorganized. They tell you last minute they need something yesterday. Lots of the managment have god-like complex. They say they will handle issues, but when you try and go to managment with an issue, it is overlooked and nothing done. They make promises they don't keep and then deny making them.

Pros

good pay... nice salary and hours. Could become a nice career if they let you get that far and don't blame you for their HR mistakes.

Cons

company failed to keep in contact with me throughout the orientation process. Told me 3 different dates and times for orientation and when i showed up each time company's HR ladies weren't even in the office yet. When it came down to it HR lady saved her butt saying i wasn't showing up on time. My coworker also got fired for his TRAINER failing to follow protocol. Company is ridiculous and a complete waste of time.
