The grass roots the company is founded on are above par. The profit sharing is a nice addition to the pay

Cons

The management on the steel divisions that I worked under has a long way to go with their people skills. When such a small area which I worked in, we lost several worthy employees in such a small time period. Management did not follow up with them, did not give positive feed back or know how to develop the dedicated employees

The People I worked with closely. That is absolutely is. Oh and I guess they paid me.

Cons

Horrible Management. Period. Discrimination, low pay, and absolutely no respect for their employees. Need supervisor training Stat and HR employees should be fired. I would never recommend working at this facility, to anyone, ever.

Bad group leaders and lazy supervisors lots of filth at break rooms and rest rooms are like prison camp

Cons

Low pay for this type of deadly job,insurance is okay in some way but profit sharing is corny way to use employees in order not to have the right wages they deserve because this job suppose to start at about $16 an hr but in a way the employer used profit sharing to corn employees to believe they are part so when company loose money nobobody makes money and that is bull.
