Given tools needed to accomplish job. On-board process is at least attempted. Most training needed is given and encouraged.

Cons

Shareholders are number one. Their "golden rule" only applies if they have the gold. You could say they have the gold, so they make the rules. If you are considered a weakness, there is no mercy.Fit in, you will like it,but performance is the bottom line.85/15 pay scale. 15% of pay is based on many variables and what group you are in.

Have a lot of outing they are very focused on sporting events.

Cons

Management does not listen to the workers on the floor when it comes to improving the work ethics , neither do they focus on the time it may need on quality, nothing is taken really serious in quality and production...
