Pros

Most people get a cut of the profits at Worthington, in addition to their base and bonus compensation. Everyone it treated like a stakeholder, and with profit sharing they really are a stakeholder. High expectations. You are expected to get outside your comfort zone, and push the limits of your talents and abilities.

Cons

Not a great place to work if you are just looking for a predictable job with minimum stress. You have to love being challenged, pushing yourself, and being part of a team that will expect you to give your best (though you will get strong support on those inevitable days when you might be dragging just a bit). You are pretty much required to have a "growth mindset" about your work, and be able to see the rewards of that level of commitment and effort. Suggest you look elsewhere if that is not the case.

Pros

Great 401k and profit sharring is pretty good. Most co workers are willing to help if needed.

Cons

Favoritism and management trying to make names for themselves. Lots of people throwing others under the bus.

Pros

Great benefits (Medical, dental, vision), great 401k match plan, paid lunch and breaks, 95% friendly coworkers, lunches/perks pretty often, safety is the #1 priority and it shows, quarterly profit sharing checks, work all the OT you want, most jobs are relatively easy, many different things happen nearly every night, keeps it more interesting and less boring, tuition reimbursment, company seems to be growing, money isn't too bad overall (just have to wait every 3 months for a lump sum of it)

Cons

Base pay is quite low due to quite high profit sharing checks, but OT is mandatory quite often so your time and a half pay isn't very high. Profit share is also highly taxed (MD facility). Room for growth in company, but at a slow rate. Also, this facility picks favorites over qualifications in some occasions. Mandatory OT is called late in the week, religiously (they say they try to call it early which is BS), work under people with lack of skill or who don't seem to care about the job, day shift gets more of the perks but very hard to get a dayshift position
