Pros

Not much anymore, profit sharing is still ok, but not what it used to be. It got cut to lure in new hires that are incompetent and not willing to work. We preach the "philosophy", but we don't follow it.

Cons

Too many people get away with murder around here. Managers are clueless, or just don't care. Employees themselves are bottom of the barrel, dirtballs, poor hygiene, never seen so many that use the restroom and fail to wash hands after use. HR is a complete joke!! HR updates are currently 4-6 months behind on all company bulletin boards.

Will meet some friends that make work fun sometimes. Everyone will agree with you that the management is downright shady at times and at other times, glib and avoid discussion.

Everyone will agree with you that the management is downright shady at times and at other times, glib and avoid discussion. Very poor operations execution- forcing everyone into months and months of mandatory overtime.
