Pros

impossible to be fired unless you actively are caught stealing money. you just move from one job position to another if you fail to meet requirements.

Cons

the management team is as soft as a child first blanket. don't expect anything to happen in a timely manner because they have to have 17 meeting to discuss every aspect of anything that happened or has yet to happen.

Absolutely terrible company

Pros

There is not a single pro I can think of.

Cons

This is an awful company. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat to cover themselves. And they force you into excessive amounts of overtime for no reason, even if there aren't orders that need to be out. Their "Golden Rule" is a joke, because they won't even treat you like a person. They couldn't care less about how you are treated. And if you go to HR about a private matter, expect everyone in the entire company to know about it by the end of the day.

Pros

Profit sharing, not difficult work for the most part

Cons

Nepotism runs rampant if you aren’t friends with management (ie. hanging out with them during your off time) you won’t get anywhere.
