Pros

Employees on the floor are the culture.

Cons

Management is completely self serving, and out of touch. Profit sharing has gone from great to laughably bad; even though the work load has increased at every upgrade. Went from a good place to work to a sweatshop in a few years. Line speed and excessive inventory is going to end up getting somebody killed. Heath insurance gets progressively worse every year.

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, friendly co-workers, lots of overtime, good products

Cons

Big management turnover, big turn over, to much overtime, dangerous environment, safety has gotten to the point of an unreal over the top extreme expectations that actually make the job unsafe.

Pros

They pay ok, and the profit sharing is good if the company makes money

Cons

They are slowly eroding the company, they have stopped stock options, lowered profit sharing, lowering health care benefits, and in IT they have been on an outsourcing trend for a few years, firing people every few months and moving the job overseas
