Pros

If your starting there you can make almost as much as people who have been there 5+ years.

Cons

Low wages compared to other companies. Constant turnover, no communication from front end employees to floor, poor leadership, nightshift employees left to their own devices unlike day shift when has support from engineering and such.

Providing competitive compensation is very important to us - with some of the recent increases to hourly production wages for new employees, the Company also made adjustments for tenured employees to reflect those. It’s important to us to recognize our employees for their hard work and dedication. Additionally, communication is one of the primary tenants of our company Philosophy and we aim to communicate through every possible channel. We’re sorry to hear about any frustrations you experienced and hope you shared your concerns with your immediate supervisor, an HR partner or by using our Open Door policy while you were here. We want to hear about them so that we may address them when they arise.

Pros

Good environment, try their best to improve. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Hot, dirty, noisy, hard work. Will be going to 4/3 12 hrs shifts or similar in 1/22. Works for me but not all.

I think they may have stopped this because of the pandemic, but the worst thing about working for WI was the annual blood draw for the health insurance.
