Pros

Worthington Enterprises puts their people first, and has a strong company philosophy, always striving to do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do. It is the people that keep me year year after year.

Cons

The only con is that inside of IT, we have a smaller budget than I am used to having elsewhere. I say this is a con, because I'm used to having plenty of funding available to me. Funding is always made available where necessary, just that we have to perform a lot of additional due diligence before gaining it. (Although being a profit sharing company, I appreciate the fact we are very good financial stewards of the company's money.)
