Pros

Couldn’t ask for a better way to understand manufacturing and learn different aspects of the business. People first culture with safety first mentality!

Cons

Not many, if any are brought up they are addressed by the team and fixed.

Thank you for leaving a review with us. It's great to hear that you feel our pay is competitive and that you are supported by leadership. We do understand that the summer months can get warm and do our best to offer cooling stations, plenty of water and refreshments, and breaks to ensure our employees stay safe throughout their shift.

Pros

When I started with the company in 1995 it was a great company to work for. The founding family recently stepped away from daily management and the company has begun to change.

Cons

The founding family recently stepped away from daily management and the company has begun to change. I had been on long term disability due to 2 spinal fusions and a partial hip replacement for just over one year. I received a phone call from an HR rep the new norm was to terminate after 12 weeks of absence. So when I was released to return to work I was forced to retire after 29 years of service.
